This document is an electronic record as per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules made thereunder. It is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. It is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandates the publication of the rules, regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the website www.perfumeology.in.

The domain name www.perfumeology.in is owned and operated by National Emporium (hereinafter referred to as “Perfumeology”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. User Agreement

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using this Website or purchasing products from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement governs your use of the Website, including the purchase of any products or use of any services offered. It incorporates our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies by this reference.

Perfumeology reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website following any updates signifies your acceptance of those changes.

  • If Perfumeology finds any information to be false, incomplete, or not in accordance with the Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, our products are non-returnable.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

7. Fees and Services

Browsing and registration on the Website are free. You will only be charged for product prices, applicable taxes, and delivery charges (if any).

Failure to pay after placing an order may lead to:

  • Cancellation of your order,

  • Suspension of your account,

  • Legal action for recovery (where applicable).

Perfumeology will investigate and respond as necessary. However, Perfumeology is not liable for IPR violations committed by third-party sellers.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

All grievances will be acknowledged within 36 hours and addressed within 1 month from the date of receipt.

15. General Terms

  • This Agreement does not create a partnership or agency relationship between you and Perfumeology.

  • If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be valid.

  • You may not assign your rights under this Agreement; however, Perfumeology may do so.

Perfumeology reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Website implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Product Disclaimer

Our personal care products are based on natural and Ayurvedic formulations. While we strive for safe, high-quality products, individual allergic reactions may occur.

  • It is your responsibility to check ingredients and consult medical professionals if needed.

  • Perfumeology is not liable for adverse reactions due to product use.

  • Product-specific terms may apply as mentioned on packaging.
