Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 business days of delivery.

  • For verified replacement cases, exchanges will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned product.

  • The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.

Eligible for Return/Exchange (subject to verification)

  • Leakage, broken packaging, missing items.

  • Incorrect item received.

  • Package tampered with or visibly damaged on delivery.

Not Eligible

  • Opened/used products, or products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application.

Proof & Reporting Requirements (Mandatory)

To file a return/exchange claim, you must:

  1. Provide an unboxing video from the beginning, showing the sealed package.

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Report within 24 hours of delivery.

  4. If your order shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, report within 3 days.

No Refund Policy

As per our company policy, purchased products are non‑refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for delivered products.

  • Remedies for eligible cases are replacement/exchange only (per the Return & Exchange Policy above).

Notes:

  • Delivery charges are non‑refundable.

  • For COD orders that are approved for exchange, any necessary adjustments will be coordinated by customer support.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • A 2.5% payment gateway charge will be deducted for cancelled prepaid orders.

  • Refunds for cancelled (pre‑dispatch) prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of cancellation approval.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If a prepaid order is returned to sender after shipping, ₹75 will be deducted from the amount refunded per cancellation terms.


Additional Guidelines

  • Do not accept delivery if the package is visibly tampered with or damaged.

  • Delivery charges are non‑refundable.

  • Pan‑India serviceable. Standard delivery timelines apply as per our Shipping Policy.
